1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made on unfnishd.com (“Site”). The Site is intended for consumers purchasing UNFNISHD apparel and accessories for personal use.
2. Company & Contract Formation
The Site is owned and operated by UNFNISHD (owned by [UNFINISHD]), a company registered in Lebanon with registered address [MATEN - CHALHOUB DISTRICT] and contact [info@unfnishd.com] / [+961 3 670808] (“UNFNISHD”, “we”, “us”).
By placing products in your cart and clicking “Place Order”, you make a binding purchase. You can edit your order details any time before submitting. After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language & Record
Contracts may be concluded in English or Arabic. We store your order details and will email you a summary with these Terms. If you create an account, you can review your past orders in My Account.
4. Prices, Currency & Taxes
Prices shown on the Site are in USD (or LBP if indicated) and exclude shipping fees and any applicable taxes/duties. For deliveries inside Lebanon, VAT (if applicable) is calculated at checkout. For international deliveries, local customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

Cards via Cybersource (Visa/Mastercard/Amex where available).
Payments are processed securely by Cybersource. We do not store full card details on our servers. Transactions may be subject to 3-D Secure and fraud checks. If verification fails, we may cancel the order and issue a reversal.
6. Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship: Lebanon and selected international destinations (as shown at checkout).

Costs & timing: Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Indicative timing: Lebanon 2–5 business days, International 5–10 business days. These are estimates; public holidays, customs, or courier delays may extend delivery times.

Order splitting: We may ship items separately at no extra cost to you.

Pickup: Customer pickup is not available.

Delivery issues: If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery, or refusal, we’ll refund the item price (excluding shipping) after the parcel returns to us in good condition.
7. Inspection on Delivery
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours at [info@unfnishd.com] with photos. This helps us claim with the carrier and resolve the issue faster. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Returns & Exchanges (Clothing)
We want you to love your UNFNISHD pieces. Subject to Lebanese consumer protection laws:

Return window: 14 days from delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, face masks, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to start: Email [info@unfnishd.com] with your order number. We’ll share the return instructions and address.

Costs: Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless we sent a wrong/defective item.

Refund method: After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit if you choose) excluding original shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error. Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive the item.

Exchanges: Based on stock availability; otherwise we’ll process a refund or store credit.
9. Product Availability & Colors
We do our best to reflect colors and details accurately, but screen settings may vary. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll cancel and refund the affected item.
10. Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit
Promotions cannot be combined unless stated. Gift cards/store credit are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only on unfnishd.com within their stated period.
11. Accounts & Security
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including the UNFNISHD name, logos, product images, graphics, and text—is owned by UNFNISHD or its licensors and protected under applicable laws. You may not use our IP without prior written consent.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law, UNFNISHD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits or data). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
14. Privacy
We process personal data to fulfill your order, provide customer service, and operate the Site, in line with applicable Lebanese law (including the E-Transactions & Personal Data Law 2018) and our Privacy Policy. See the Privacy Policy on the Site for details.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Courts of Beirut shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchase.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time you place your order applies to that order.

This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you shop on unfnishd.com or contact us.
We process data primarily under Lebanon’s E-Transactions & Personal Data Law No. 81/2018. If you access the Site from the EEA/UK, the “Your Rights (EEA/UK)” section also applies.

4) Hosting, CDN & international transfers
We use reputable hosting, cloud, and CDN providers to operate our Site (e.g., for fast global delivery of images/scripts). These providers may process data outside Lebanon (e.g., EU/US). When we transfer data internationally, we rely on contractual safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections) and apply appropriate technical/organizational measures.

5) Payment processing (Cybersource)
Payments by cards and Apple Pay are processed by Cybersource. Cybersource receives the data needed to authorize and settle the transaction and may run 3-D Secure and fraud checks. We receive only limited payment info (e.g., last 4 digits, token, status).
Processor: Cybersource (a Visa company).
6) Shipping & logistics
To deliver your order we share necessary details (name, address, phone/email, order number) with shipping partners (e.g., Aramex, DHL, LibanPost or others shown at checkout) and with customs brokers when required for international deliveries. For delivery notifications, we may pass your email/phone to the courier (you can opt out via support).
7) Analytics, cookies & marketing

Strictly necessary cookies: cart, checkout, session security.

Performance/analytics (with consent): e.g., Google Analytics to understand traffic and improve the Site. IPs may be truncated/anonymized where available.
